CLAC’s union dues are 1.07 x your regular hourly rate if you work more than 45 hours in 2 weeks. If you work 45 hours or less bi-weekly, you pay 0.75 x your regular hourly rate. Statutory holidays and paid vacations are included in hours worked.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CLAC maintains one of the lowest dues rates in the country because we are careful about how our members’ money is spent. Union dues are used to pay for representation services, such as

• Grievance and arbitration

• Legal representation

• Health and safety

• WSIB specialist

• And much more

 

All CLAC dues stay in Canada and are not spent on political parties or candidates.
